«OpenTags» is a web application designed for the rapid analysis of open-ended responses - with the following characteristics:

You immediately receive a summary of the frequency in which certain words were mentioned or entire entries were made in response to open-ended questions.

In order to increase clarity you can deliberately block out certain words; typos can be corrected automatically.

Similar entries can be grouped and thus categorized with drag and drop.

The results can be exported as a table or be visually presented in the form of a tag cloud.

An analysis of tonality informs you whether there is a positive or negative undertone in response to open-ended questions. For instance, this analysis form can be used to quickly and efficiently compare brand associations in a standardized form.
