The provision of high-quality market research is not solely based on scientifically substantiated methodology in the conduction of studies; it begins with the careful design of organizational processes. Defining quality standards as mandatory policies for internal work procedures and external services belong to the fundamental principles of our work.

Quality Assurance Measures

  • In your studies, you will be exclusively supported by academics well-versed with at least 5 years of professional experience in market research – from the first quotation to the final research submission or presentation at your premises.

  • You can rely on our regular evaluation of the research methodologies employed in our company and that we benchmark and secure our methods against the latest scientific findings.

  • We deploy well-engineered software solutions in the completion of online surveys; in addition to standard types of questions, they also cater to all options relating to the administration of participant addresses, enable real time field reporting and provide a certified system architecture with safe backup functions for customer specifications. All our project managers have appropriate programming skills and can make on-the-fly modifications to online surveys at any time.

  • In addition to ensuring a precise fit with the study topic and  target group (e.g. B2C vs. B2B surveys), we take care that our field partners have signed up to the quality guidelines issued by the professional association of market and social researchers Bundesverband Deutscher Markt- und Sozialforscher e.V. Our partners are also required to disclose their SOPs in recruiting and incentivizing survey participants.

  • We also take care to ensure certain technical standards (e.g. recording technology) when selecting test studios to conduct group discussions or one-on-one interviews and highly value an upmarket setting which makes the stay as pleasant as possible for respondents and clients alike.

  • We exclusively employ psychologically trained interviewers for telephone or personal interviews. Only experienced moderators host group discussions. The project manager coaches the staff deployed here before any data is collected. Feedback received during the field phase is passed on to us immediately and discussed with you whenever necessary. Furthermore, we randomly listen in on the interviews and also arrange for you to attend live interviews to be assured of their quality. Extensive debriefing takes place at the end of the field phase.

  • We initiate exhaustive data review protocols at the end of data collection, particularly in quantitative studies. These include filter and plausibility checks, completion time control for online surveys or statistical checks for consistency in conjoint surveys.
