Our Institute
NORDLIGHT research GmbH is a full-service institute for high-quality, individual market research solutions. Our services cover the entire spectrum of market research processes – from needs analyses and study concepts to data collection and evaluation through to reports and management presentations with recommendations for action.
Team
The core team of NORDLIGHT research currently consists of nine full-time staff members with interdisciplinar, academic backgrounds (psychology, business economics, media science). Our employees draw on many years of experience in institutional market research and in the planning, implementation and evaluation of market research studies.
Network
NORDLIGHT research has a large network of partners that support the core team in conducting market research studies. We cooperate with selected partner institutes and specialized freelancers, drawing on their expertise for successful conceptual and operative study completion.
Company Headquarters
Since our foundation in March 2007, NORDLIGHT research GmbH headquarters have been situated in Hilden, just south of Düsseldorf. In addition to the excellent transport links, we particularly appreciate the peaceful, greenbelt setting we enjoy here.

Provision of high-quality market research is not solely based on scientifically substantiated methodology in the completion of studies; it begins with the careful design of organizational processes. Defining quality standards as mandatory policies for internal work procedures and external services belong to the fundamental principles of our work.
